Please read these Terms of Use carefully to ensure that you understand each provision.

We, Nexus Concept Online Sdn Bhd,

reserve the right to change our services, pricing, any terms and notices, and any other terms and conditions with or without prior notice. However, if any changes bring an adverse impact to you, and you have a contract or prepaid for a time period, you may inform us within seven days of being informed of the changes that you do not agree.

Your Rights and Obligations

During registration with Nexus Concept Online Sdn Bhd , you are responsible for using your username and email address and should never share them with a third party to access your account. If you have authorized other users to use your service with Nexus Concept Online Sdn Bhd , you are responsible for all actions of the individuals you authorized to use your services.

Charges and Free Trials

Based on our Payment Terms, you must pay all applicable fees on time. If you sign up for a free trial period for our services, we may require you to provide a valid credit card and may start charging you automatically on the first day after the free trial is over unless you cancel your account before the end of the trial period. If the credit card is removed during the trial period, the trial account will be suspended immediately.

Subscription

We’ll automatically bill you starting on the date you first purchase your subscription (or whenever your payment method is successfully charged) and on each periodic renewal date (monthly, annually, or other renewal period) until cancellation (see “Cancellation” below for more details). By initiating your first subscription fee payment, you authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring subscription fees on an ongoing basis.

For annual subscriptions, we’ll send you a reminder of the then-current subscription fee at least 30 days, and at most 60 days, in advance of your automatic renewal, or as otherwise required by applicable law.

Some states and countries have mandatory laws regarding your cancellation rights, and this paragraph does not override those laws.

UNLESS YOU NOTIFY US OF YOUR DESIRE TO CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION (IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE “CANCELLATION” SECTION BELOW), YOU UNDERSTAND THAT YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL AUTOMATICALLY CONTINUE, AND YOU AUTHORIZE US TO AUTOMATICALLY CHARGE YOUR PAYMENT METHOD FOR THE AMOUNT OF YOUR SUBSCRIPTION FEE AND ANY APPLICABLE TAXES ON EACH PERIODIC RENEWAL DATE.

Cancellation

You may cancel the service at any time. If you cancel a paid service, you must pay for the entire agreed term, and you are not entitled to any refund. If your credit card cannot be charged and payment is past due, your account will be suspended immediately.

If your account remains suspended beyond the designated period, Nexus Concept Online Sdn Bhd reserves the right to terminate your account without notice. Additionally, we may cancel your services at our sole discretion, for any reason, without notice at any time.
